Most investors don't know that when they lose money, it's sometimes as a re - a result of misconduct or malfeasance on the behalf of their broker. And so, when investors lose money they think, "There's nothing I can do." They don't – You know, when someone gets in a car accident, a lot of people think that they can do something about it. But when people lose money in the market, they don't know they can do something. So investor education is paramount to, um, creating a better Wall Street, and better brokerage environment.
