What is the Most Common Unsuitable Investment Strategy that You have Seen Being Sold to Investors in Recent Years?

One of the least suitable investment strategies that I've seen over the last couple years is a heavy concentration in master limited partnerships in oil and gas investments. That's where partnerships are created, uh, with a number of different investors, such that an entity can go and drill potential wells for oil. It's highly speculative, not properly disclosed to clients in most instances, and fail, um, more often than succeed. [00:10:07] And so, that's something that investors should be very careful of, especially conservative to moderate investors.
